BLENDER CUSTARD PIE 
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Pinch of salt

Blend all ingredients in blender. Bake in ungreased 10-inch pie plate for 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 45 minutes before cutting.
