CUSTARD BLENDER PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs

Put all in blender and blend. Pour into well greased 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle coconut and nutmeg (optional) on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
