BLENDER CUSTARD PIE 
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour (plain)
6 tbsp. butter
1 c. coconut, shredded fine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
2 c. milk

Butter and flour a deep pie dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place all ingredients in blender and blend well. Pour into a pie dish and bake about an hour, until golden brown on top.
