OVEN OMELET 
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 doz. eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. maple syrup (optional)

Use a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Place in 325 degree oven. Put butter in dish and let melt. In large bowl, mix eggs, sour cream, milk, and salt. Stir in onion. Pour into buttered dish and bake. If you want Canadian bacon, cut 1 package (8 ounces) into pieces. Place on top of egg mixture and pour the 1/4 cup of maple syrup on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
