CHARLIE TACOS 
1 or 1 1/2 lbs. ground round
1 or 1 1/2 lbs. round steak or stew meat (any good cut of meat)
1 bunch green onions (green part only)
1 sm. can of diced green chilies
1 clove garlic or 1 tsp. instant garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 (8 oz.) cans pinto beans (Bonnie Hubbard or Sunny Select)
1/2 pkg. southern style hash browns
Chili powder to taste

Cut stew meat into smaller pieces. Brown hamburger and stew meat (or other meat) with green onion parts, green chilie, garlic and salt and pepper. Add chili powder to desired taste (2 tsp. or more). Place ingredients into crockpot and combine tomato sauce, pinto beans and hash browns. Cook on slow for 8 hours. If mixture is too juicy add flour a little at a time to thicken. Serve as chili or in tortillas. Use large tortillas.
