ORIENTAL TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. cashew nuts
1 c. bean sprouts
1 c. water chestnuts
1 tsp. dry minced onions
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1/4 c. dry sherry
2 (6 oz.) cans tuna fish
1 c. celery, sliced diagonally in 1" pieces
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 c. chow mein noodles
Parsley

Mix soup, tuna, celery, nuts, milk, onion, sherry and 1 cup chow mein noodles together in a baking dish; top with remaining noodles. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes until bubbly. Cover top with drained oranges and parsley. DON'T OVER BAKE.
