2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. nuts, broken
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs and sugar together. Add vanilla and pineapple. Add dry ingredients keeping some to dredge the nuts to add last. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes in a 13 x 9 inch pan, greased and floured.

ICING FOR YUMMY CAKE:

1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix softened butter and cream cheese. Add confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Spread on cake.
