PRALINE APPLE PIE 
Pie shell
5 apples
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
Pinch salt
Cinnamon
Lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter

TOPPING:

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cream
1 c. pecans

Cook pie shell 5 minutes. Cut up apples, add sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon. Mix and pour in crust. Squeeze lemon juice on top. Dot butter around on apples. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Pour topping on top of cooked pie and bake 5 minutes or until bubbly.
