CHINESE BBQ SAUCE | |
1 can Campbell's tomato soup 2 tbsp. brown sugar 3 tbsp. cider vinegar 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. ground ginger In saucepan, stir all ingredients. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Use to baste chicken, shrimp or vegetables during broiling or grilling. Serve with remaining sauce. Makes 1 1/4 cups. |
