BARBECUE BAKED PORK RIBS (CHINESE) | |
3 lb. pork ribs, washed and cut into slices SAUCE: 4 tbsp. soy sauce 6 tbsp. molasses 6 tbsp. vinegar 6 tbsp. barbecue sauce 2 cloves minced garlic Combine all sauce ingredients, pour over ribs in casserole dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 350°F for two hours. Remove ribs and broil both sides. Use sauce over noodles or rice. Submitted by: Amanda Derr |
