COCKTAIL SAUCE 
1/2 c. chili sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice
Few drops of Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Horseradish to taste

Combine all ingredients and store in jar in refrigerator. Use for oysters, clams, shrimp, crab meat or lobster. Yields approximately 1 cup.
