COCONUT CHESS PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. cornmeal
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar
3 eggs
1 c. coconut

Mix first seven ingredients well, then add coconut and mix again. Pour into pie shell and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
