COCONUT CHESS PIE 
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. cornmeal
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. or more coconut

Combine all ingredients and beat. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake about 45 minutes at 325 degrees; will be set in the middle when done.
