COCONUT CHESS PIE 
1 c. coconut
1 c. milk
Pinch of salt
Pinch of flour
3 eggs, beaten slightly
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter (melted & browned)

Mix all ingredients in order and pour into unbaked pie shell. Dust nutmeg over top of pie, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees until set and crust is browned, about 40 minutes. This pie is done when knife is inserted and comes out clean.
