RHUBARB ROLL-UPS 
3 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. cold water
2 c. diced rhubarb
Cinnamon and sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar

Mix first 2 ingredients together and roll out 1/4 inch thick.

Spread the diced rhubarb over and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll up like cinnamon rolls; slice and place rolls in 2 inch deep baking pan.

Boil together the 1 1/2 cups water and the 1 1/2 cups of sugar. Pour over rolls. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
