1 unbaked pie shell
3 sweet potatoes, peeled, boiled & mashed to make 2 c.
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 c. granulated sugar (or 1/4 c. Karo syrup plus 1/2 c. brown or white sugar)
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
Dash of salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter, melted
Few drops pineapple extract

Mix all ingredients, blending well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
