GREEN BEANS CHEESE BAKE 
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. sour cream
18 oz. drained green beans
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

In small saucepan, combine butter and flour. Cook over low heat, blending in salt, pepper, and onion. Set aside. In a 2 quart casserole dish, place sour cream and blend in green beans. Add above ingredients. In small bowl, mix grated cheese, bread crumbs, butter, and sprinkle over green beans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
