MACARONI BEEF BAKE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cups milk
1 cup grated cheese
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 pkg. dried beef (jerky)
1 cup cooked green beans
2 cups cooked macaroni (1 cup when raw)

Melt butter, sauté onion until lightly browned. Blend in flour, add milk, stir. Continue cooking until thickened. Add 3/4 cup cheese and horseradish, stirring until blended. Fold beef, green beans and macaroni into cheese sauce. Pour into greased 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
