ITALIAN POUND CAKE 
2 tsp. baking soda
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. flour
Pinch of salt
2 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:

1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

1. Add baking soda to sour cream in large bowl. Let stand until ready to use.

2. Cream butter; add sugar.

3. Add eggs one at a time.

4. Add sour cream mixture and flour alternately.

5. Add pinch of salt and vanilla.

6. Pour 1/2 mixture into greased and floured tube pan.

7. Add 1/2 filling around pan.

8. Add remaining batter finishing with remaining filling.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
