1 1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. vinegar
8 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed

Combine mayonnaise, sugar, salt and celery seed and mix well. Stir in vinegar until mixture is smooth. Enough for one head cabbage. Note: A very easy dressing which uses ingredients readily available in any kitchen. It has just the right combination of sweetness and tartness and keeps extremely well. It is also delicious used on carrot/raisin salads.
