IMPERIAL CRAB 
1 lb. crab meat
1/4 lb. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped peppers
1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 egg
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. light cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Cheddar cheese (optional)

Saute onions and peppers in butter. Mix crabmeat and all other ingredients. Add onions. Pack into shells or casserole. Top with grated Cheddar cheese, if desired. Broil in medium heat 15 minutes.
