IMPERIAL CRAB 
2 tbsp. onions, chopped and cooked lightly in a little butter
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. mustard
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 slice bread, moistened in a little water
1 lb. crabmeat
1/2 green pepper, diced

Mix above ingredients and add Cream Sauce (below). Put in casserole or crab shells and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

CREAM SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk

Melt butter and gradually stir in flour, stirring until smooth. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly until thick.
