CRAB IMPERIAL | |
1 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. instant onions 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 slices white bread, cubed (crust removed) 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 2 tsp. butter Paprika Melt butter, mix in flour slowly add milk, stir to boiling, will thicken. Add onion, Worcestershire sauce, bread cubes, cool. Heat butter, add crab and toss lightly. Fold in mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper to first mixture. Add crab to sauce. Put mixture into individual shells or a ramekin. Bake at 450 degrees until hot and bubbly and browned on top 10 to 15 minutes. 4 servings. |
