CRAB IMPERIAL 
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 pinch celery seed
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 lb. crab meat

Cool all ingredients (except crab) in saucepan until thickened. Add crab meat and mix. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with cracker meal. Bake at 400 degrees until brown.
