YUGOSLAVIAN KUMARCNA SOLATA 
4 med. cucumbers
2 med. onions, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. salt
8 salad potatoes

Wash, peel and slice cucumbers thin. Add onions, garlic and sprinkle with salt; let stand 1 hour. Then squeeze the liquid from the cucumber mixture. Boil potatoes, peel and slice when cool. Add to cucumber. Toss lightly with dressing.

DRESSING:

1/4 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
Add more salt, if needed

Mix lightly and toss with potatoes and cucumbers.
