HOT BACON DRESSING FOR SPINACH
SALAD
 
Spinach, enough for 2
3 pieces bacon
2 tbsp. onion
1 tsp. mustard
4 shakes Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
Mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. oil

Wash and dry spinach. Fry bacon until very crisp. Take out and crumble over spinach. Fry onion in bacon grease until transparent. Add sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and oil; stir well. Add mushrooms. Cook 2 minutes. Toss on spinach, then crack the pepper.
