BARBECUED CHICKEN 
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
1 lg. onion, sliced
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 to 8 chicken pieces

Combine first 7 ingredietns in sauce pan. Cook for 20 minutes. Add ketchup and next 2 ingredients; mix well. Place chicken in roasting pan. Pour half the sauce over chicken. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, turning and basting frequently. Yield: 4 servings.
