CORNFLAKE CHICKEN 
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic (minced) or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Juice from 1 lemon
6 to 8 c. cornflakes crushed

Combine all ingredients except chicken and cornflakes. Roll chicken in ketchup mixture. Then roll in cornflake crumbs and place on a cookie sheet (lined with tinfoil makes easier cleaning). Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.
