BARBECUE SAUCE FOR CHICKEN 
Basting Sauce:

1 c. water
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
salt and pepper

Mix all together and use to baste chicken, follow with finishing sauce.

Finishing Sauce:

1/2 stick butter
1 qt. ketchup
juice of half a lemon
1/4 bottle Worcestershire
1/8 bottle of red hot sauce
1 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Brown onion and garlic in butter. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer on stove for at least one hour, until thickened.
