BARBECUE SAUCE FOR GRILLING
CHICKEN
 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning

Heat together. Brush on chicken as it is cooking over grill. (I bake the chicken (brushed with the sauce) first in the oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Then I place on heated grill for 15 to 20 minutes, constantly brushing on more sauce and turning as they grill.)
