EASY CHINESE CHICKEN 
2 fryers, quartered
1 bottle sweet and sour sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can pineapple chunks (remove for use later)
1/2 - 3/4 c. ketchup

Make sauce by mixing all the ingredients together. Season fryer with pepper. Place in large pan skin side down. Do not overlap. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn chicken, baste and bake another 30 minutes. Just before serving, add pineapple to heat through.
