RED CATSUP (CHILI) 
4 qts. chopped tomatoes
2 c. chopped onions
2 c. chopped sweet red pepper
1 hot red pepper
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. pickling spices
1 tubes. mustard seed
1 tbsp. celery seed
2 1/2 c. vinegar

Mix tomatoes and onion, pepper, sugar and salt. Cook gently 45 minutes, add spices, cook until very thick 45 minutes. Stir frequently, add vinegar and cook slowly until thick as wanted. Pour while hot into jars. Makes 6 pints.
