GINGER SNAP COOKIES 
3/4 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. molasses
2 tsp. vinegar
3 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 to 3 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves

Cream together the butter and sugar. Stir in the eggs, molasses and vinegar. Sift together the dry ingredients and add to the mixture. Mix until well blended. Form dough into 3/4 inch balls. Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 325 degrees for 12 minutes.
