TURKEY POT PIE 
8 oz. diced turkey
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. butter
1 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. water
1 (10 1/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 c. cooked green beans
biscuits

Preheat oven to 350°F. Toss turkey with flour and cook onion, celery, thyme and pepper in butter. Add carrots, water, soup, beans and turkey. Pour into 2-quart casserole and put biscuits on top.

Bake 30 minutes.

Serves 4.

Biscuits:

1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. buttermilk
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix dry ingredients and cut in butter. Add buttermilk. Drop in 8 equal portions on top of casserole.
