PICKLED BEANS 
5 pt. water
1 pt. vinegar
1/2 c. canning salt

String bean and leave whole. Wash with hot water. Wash again with cold water. Sterilize 5 pint jars (canning) and mason lids. Stuff beans into jars. Bring ingredients to boil and pour over beans in jar. Fill jar to within 1 inch from top. Put on lids and tighten. Lids should seal within 30 minutes. Let beans cure for 1 month. Keep everything sterile.
