QUICK & EASY BEEF BROCCOLI &
NOODLES
 
3/4 lb. beef sirloin steak
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 med. onion, cut into wedges
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. brown gravy sauce by LaChoy
Pinch of garlic salt
2 c. broccoli flowerets, pre-boiled
3 c. cooked, lightly buttered egg noodles

Slice beef across the grain into thin strips. Heat oil in skillet then add beef, onion and garlic salt. Cook on medium heat until brown. Stir in soup, water, soy sauce and brown gravy sauce. Heat to boil. Add broccoli and reduce heat to low. When done, serve over noodles or rice.
