DO - AHEAD BEEF NOODLE BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
2 c. cream style cottage cheese
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
4 oz. cooked noodles (about 3 c.)

Brown beef and chopped onion. Drain off fat. Stir in tomato sauce, seasoned salt and pepper. Blend cottage cheese and cream cheese until fluffy. Spoon cooked noodles into buttered 10 x 6 x 1 3/4 inch baking dish. Cover with cheese mixture, then pour meat sauce over all. You can cover and chill this up to 1/2 hour before mealtime if you wish. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
