Crumble yellow cake mix over the above ingredients (mixture). Sprinkle 1 cup chopped nuts over mixture, then 1/2 cup butter drizzled over this. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cut in squares and serve with Cool Whip if desired.
