REUBEN CHICKEN BREAST 
4 boned chicken breasts
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 slices Swiss cheese, 4 inch square
1 tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
16 oz. sauerkraut, drained
1 1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing

Place sauerkraut and cheese on top of each chicken breast. Pour dressing over and cover. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with parsley.
