REUBEN CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 lg. chicken breasts, split
2 generous c. sauerkraut, drained
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
1 (8 oz.) bottle Thousand Island salad dressing

Place chicken in 4 quart roasting pan or baking dish. Cover with sauerkraut, then cheese. Pour dressing over all. Works well with lean pork or venison.
