REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. drained sauerkraut
8 oz. cooked noodles
1 can corned beef
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 sm. onion, minced
Buttered rye bread crumbs

Mix together: soup, mayonnaise, mustard and onion. Layer sauerkraut, noodles, corned beef and Swiss cheese in this order. Pour over soup mixture.e Cover top with buttered rye bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
