CHICKEN REUBEN CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts, skinned, boned
1 can sauerkraut, drained
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 c. Thousand Island dressing
2 tbsp. parsley flakes

Place chicken in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Heap sauerkraut on each breast, place cheese slice on each mound. Cover with dressing. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Spread parsley on baked casserole.
