SPANISH PORK CHOPS 
4-6 pork chops
1 lg. onion, sliced
2 c. canned tomatoes
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper

Brown onions; add tomatoes, green pepper and chili powder. Cover and cook slowly (350 degrees) for 1 hour.
