SPANISH PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops, extra thick
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
2 ribs celery, sliced
3 carrots, sliced lengthwise
6 sm. potatoes, sliced
1 (10 3/4 oz.) condensed tomato soup
1 soup can water
Few slivers hot pepper or dash of Tabasco
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown chops. Place in large casserole. Top with remaining ingredients. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 2 hours or until tender. Serves 4 to 6.
