SHRIMP AND CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 box partly cooked cauliflower
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 can shrimp
1/2 pt. sour cream

Heat soup and shrimp together, add sour cream and cauliflower and salt and pepper to taste. Put in greased casserole dish and cover with seasoned Pepperidge Farm stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until it bubbles.
