BEEF BUNS | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 bell pepper (core, grate only the pulp) Onion to taste 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. barbeque sauce 1 can crescent rolls 1 c. soft bread crumbs Can substitute catsup with 2 teaspoons brown sugar added. Brown ground beef; add bell pepper pulp, onion and salt while browning. Remove from fire. Drain off fat. Add bread crumbs and barbeque sauce. Roll out crescent rolls into rectangles. Cut in half to form squares. Put mixture of dough and pinch corners together at the top and along edges. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 8 buns. |
