3 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter

Mix sweet potato mixture thoroughly with electric mixer and pour into buttered casserole dish. Spread top with pecan topping.

Bake 30 minutes at 350°F.

TOPPING:

1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. plain flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. butter

Mix all ingredients with fork and top potato mixture.
