PECAN - TOPPED SWEET POTATOES | |
3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. granulated sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1/3 c. milk 1/2 c. butter, softened TOPPING: 1/3 c. melted butter 1 c. packed light brown sugar 1/2 c. flour 1 c. chopped pecans Combine potatoes, both sugars, eggs, vanilla, milk, and butter. Mix well. Spread into a 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Topping: Melt butter. Add brown sugar, flour, and pecans; mix until well blended. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. |
