9 DAY SLAW 
1 med. head cabbage, grind
4 ribs celery, grind
1 med. onion, grind
1 chopped pepper
1/2 c. sugar

Mix together in bowl.

DRESSING:

n a pan:

1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar

Bring to boil then add to slaw above. Put in container with lid and refrigerate. Can keep 9 days. The longer the better.
