CHOCOLATE TOPPED OATMEAL BARS 
1 pkg. coconut almond or coconut pecans frosting mix
3 c. rolled oats
1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. peanut butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, blend first four ingredients at low speed until crumbly. Press mixture into ungreased 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan or 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until light golden brown. In small saucepan, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate chips are melted. Spread over bars. Chill; cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
